I've been to Dachau and Auschwitz and it's unreal how common this was at both.
I took pictures of stuff but never of anyone and that felt weird to do, the gas chambers are haunting and I saw people taking selfies with them.
Not Americans either.

Well, I now officially hate my fricking generation. No tact, no discipline, no respect. Shameful. Completely shameful. There's a time and a place for everything, a place where the systematic extermination of people like they were roaches isn't the time or place.

After visiting places where Nazis did bad things (including Dachau), I had no desire to take pictures at all, much less a selfie.
