Family member house flooded NOT on a slab?
Posted by KLSU on 8/17/16 at 8:00 pm00
House flooded little over 5 feet. The house has a wooden foundation and is on cinder blocks. We know the wood floors will have to ripped up but does anyone know if the foundation will need anything special done?

Should be fine once you rip out the subfloor and let everything dry out.

Rip everything up. Let the wood foundation dry out for at LEAST a week. Begin rebuilding
