Ever since Katrina, everyone loses their shite because of a storm warning...

This thing will be a big rain maker, that's about it....

Surprised we didn't hear people losing their shite over the fact we had a hurricane Cindy hit first in May of 2005... Before that wacky year of storms...

The news is loving it, they have something to talk about...

Who's losing their shite over a possible 15-20 inches of rain? That's crazy.

August 2016 is fresh on everyone's minds. Many have yet to even move back into their homes. And then there are many who just completed the repairs, so you might be understanding of why these BR area folks might be more paranoid than usual. PTSD from that event is real.

It should be used for organizing and preparing neighborhood watch details. There's no time for rumor or innuendo on Nextdoor.

I'll be part of the minority upvotes. People are ridiculous when there is a thunderstorm coming nowadays.

That's what I'm talking about. The media had people worked up about this nothing storm... Lets see what happens when a real storm comes again, if people become reluctant to leave when it does...
