I dated a chick who "turned" vegetarian and then finally vegan..
After we couldn't go out for wine and cheese, that was it.
It depends on what kind of vegetarian she is.. I knew a chick who would eat the shite out of French Fries from McDonald's and claim it was healthier than the burgers.
But I bet anything Thai would work... Pad Thai with vegetables is a thing, right?

I've actually learned that is a deal breaker for me. I respect those who do it for health reasons, but it's just too much of a pain to deal with. If she can eat seafood, you're OK. If she's a vegan, forget it.

yep...went to a resturant in New Orleans called Seed...
I had a cauliflower burger and some tofu gumbo...honestly, they did a pretty good job considering the limitations....absolutely nothing that I would go back for, though...

Cheddar's Casual Cafe has some fine vegetarian options such as onion rings and cheese fries. Taking her there is sure to get you laid IMO.
