Ours is randy the elf.
Randy forgot to move last night and kids were pissed.

What a great Christmas treat leading up to the big day for the little kids.
I recommend getting you one if you don't have one.

Ours is Elliott. Yeah, it's a weird Big Brother thing, but BF's daughter loves it.

I forgot to move the stupid thing ... but I flipped the script on the angry child and said that "snowflake" didn't move because you must have done something not nice...

Kid confessed to all sorts of silly things...
Like not washing hands and stuff..

Ours is Mr. Elf

He didn't move last night because we were supposed to make cookies for Mr. Elf to take back to Santa last night, but the kids were assholes so we didn't do the cookies. This morning when my son woke up and asked why he was still there I told him because Mr. Elf wanted to give you guys a second chance at behaving and making cookies tonight for Santa.

Ruby and Peaches.

I dislike the Elf on the Shelf thing, since it is one more thing you have to do during the holidays. The kids do love them though.

We had another, Mr. Strawberry, the kids wrote Santa a letter telling him to send a new elf. Mr. Strawberry was bad and kept on taking their stuff.
