EBRSO: Resident shoots, kills suspected robber early Monday

Greg Frazier, 22, of 4538 Sherwood Homes was pronounced dead on the scene of the shooting, which occurred at 1:30 a.m. in the 13900 block of Azalea Park Avenue, the Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
When detectives arrived on scene, the victim identified himself as the shooter. According to the news release, Frazier approached the victim and asked for a lighter. When the victim reached in his pocket, Frazier pointed a gun at the victim demanding his belongings. The victim pulled a firearm from his pocket and shot Frazier.

How do you pull a gun on someone who already has a gun pulled on you... Guess you act like you are getting your wallet or something. Yay good guys.

In the article it says he pulled the gun out of his pocket. My question is,did he have a ccl or was is he going to be charged for carrying a concealed weapon?
