EBR Courts Open/closed Monday?

I haven't been able to find any word in this. I have to travel from out of town for a scheduled court hearing and am wondering if there is any chance they will be open considering the flooding.

I would assume they aren't open. Even with no flooding downtown, employees are dealing with a disaster and its a mess to try and get around town.

they already announced they will be closed Monday. They will probably be closed Tuesday as well.
