EBR, ASP, LP freaking out because of rain

Closing schools and all other activites because of this small line of "storms" coming though. Radar showing most will go north. Not even gonna freeze til Friday night. I

Yet they basically kept schools open until ice literally froze over BR last year

It's not an official freak out until Central Community Schools start closing.

When are they closing the schools? It hasn't even hit LC yet.

Schools in EBR were closed at 1:30.

Flash flooding is a serious concern. With the Mississippi River so high, there's not many places for water to drain to.

All the busses in Calcasieu parish are running right now right as the weather turns nasty.
