During status conf for a murder trial, Bryan Schwartz raises a shitty defense

Bryan Schwartz, 27, whom authorities say is from Henderson, Ky., was quickly removed from the courtroom, with only his eyes visible through the putrid mask, a witness said.
"As he walked out, he was just smiling at the crowd," the witness said. Another witness who was approaching the courtroom described an unbearable odor as she walked past Schwartz and the inmates to whom he was chained.
Schwartz was in 24th Judicial District Judge Henry Sullivan's courtroom, awaiting the start of a status hearing in his criminal case. Witnesses said he and other inmates were sitting in the jury box when he caused a disruption among them.
A corrections officer noticed Schwartz's face and immediately walked him and the other inmates out. "It happened so fast," another witness said. Business in Sullivan's court resumed shortly after.

People who are insane don't do this, people who want to appear insane for defense purposes do this.
