Dry Snuff - Anyone Ever Try It?

I popped into a backwoods gas-station earlier in the week and saw some for sale. Based on my research, there are few known health risks, though that is likely because it is so sparsely used that it's not worth it.
Seems like a less disgusting habit than dipping or smoking.

Burns like hell and tastes like peppery leather. Gives you a little energy boost though.

One kid I grew up with used to do that snuff....just called it snuff. We used to roll down the car windows when he pulled it out......shite went everywhere.

I remember being 13 at some high school basketball playoffs, hanging with some older folks, when one offered me a dip.
Being 13 years old, I tried waaaaay too hard. frickin' hog leg. Within a minute I was wobbly, sweating, dizzy, and racing towards the bathroom as quick as possible to puke my guts out.

Are you talking about snuff you snort? I've tried it a few times. It tends to burn your nose pretty bad and also gives you brown boogers (and lots of them). It's pretty fun as a gimmick but I couldn't see making a habit out of it.
