I'm trying to figure out what the saddest thing about this story is:
--she's too drunk/stupid that she drove up to the cops
--husband has now been arrested for his SIXTH DWI
--kid gets to see both his parents arrested
--kid has to live with these idiots

Yea, that's a lot of stupid involved in that whole thing. Quite sad for the kid.
The dad needs to get some serious time. I have driven messed up a few times, as I'm sure every one has. However, how fricking stupid do you have to be to get 6 DWIs? It proves 2 things. That he hasn't learned his lesson and won't unless he gets some serious jail time, and still may not learn, but at least he'll be kept off the streets and unable to harm innocent people. And 2nd, it proves he's just a dumbass.
And yes, I understand you can get a DWI without being too fricked up. But, 6 of them is just fricking ridiculous.
