Drop-off recycling in STP, or east bank of Jeff/NOLA?

It's ridiculous how hard it is to find recycling resources in St. Tammany, and it's frustrating how much plastic and paper we trash.
Any drop-off points in the area for residents or non-residents?

I know there is a 24 hour drop off by Rouses in Mandeville.
