After a year plus I just dropped the DSC. The blades are okay but not earth shattering. I shave my head each week in addition to my face 3-4 times a week. The DSC blade does the job but needs more passes and effort than the Gillette Fusion or other comparable blade. I was never totally satisfied with the closeness of the shave. I found that I could run a $4 Fusion blade (Sam's or Costco) for a month and get better shaves than replacing the DSC blade weekly at $6 month. YMMV...

The Shave Butter from DSC is a very good product.

It's great. Last I checked, they had 3 different blades. $4, $6 & $9 (you get 4 blades in a shipment)

Plus they have other shaving products you can order.

It's easy, it's efficient, and the blades are just as good as the ones you spend your 401k for at Walmart.

I will not be going back to Gillette.

Big fan of DSC since I started using their products a couple months ago.

The shave butter was weird to use at first but the stuff is legit.

Just try out a pack. If you don't like it then you are out a whole $9.00. Life will go on.

Nice and easy. IF you like the blades. I did it for 6 months or so. Still have a ton of blades. I used the 4 and 6 blade. Neither worked for me.

But if you like the blades it is a win win.

When this devolves into a DE Safety razor discussion I am ready.

They sell you Dorco razors, which you can go out and purchase yourself for cheaper.

ETA- I seem to remember the prices being a little more discordant. You marginally save by buying them from Amazon.

It's great. Fresh blades auto ship each month. The blades are every bit as good as Gilette, Schick, et al.

Been with them for about a year. The blades are ok. I've had trouble with the handles. I've gone through 3. The cartridge eject is a piss poor and cheap design.

Buy this mirror.

LINK

Then any old razor and a bar of soap and you can shave in the shower for dirt cheap. Razor will last forever (it seems like) when you shave in a hot shower.

their razors are absolute dog shite and will cut you and not shave you right.

Their arse wipes are legit. I buy the cheap razors every month just so I can max out on the arse wipes.
