Dog friendly restaurants in Baton Rouge? - Updated with listing

I visit Dallas and Austin quite frequently and see people with their pets sitting outside at restaurants.
Can't say that I have seen the same in the Baton Rouge area. Is there an ordinance that I am unaware of that prevents people from bringing their pets with them outside at a restaurant?
Or if there are restaurants that are pet friendly, please share.

The Bulldog and Zippys are two that come to mind right off.

I don't remember the name, but there is a Gelato/Sandwich shop in the shopping center at Acadian and Perkins with the Trader Joe's and Acme that has a small outdoor area where you can bring your dog.

Leave your dog at home. People don't want to be inconvenienced by a stinking dog. I don't understand people who find it necessary to bring their dogs places.

Those people can sit inside.

Keep your damn dog to yourself. It's not a kid, it's a dog.

Chimes East on the patio. They fed my dog a whole plate of bacon two weeks ago when we went.
In my experience dogs are better behaved than children. They certainly are quieter.

Then don't go there.
People who get miffed about dogs being on patios are miserable human beings.

Also, the amount of dogs in airports and on planes now has seem to grow a lot over the past few years.
I never knew so many people needed "Emotional Comfort Dogs" and Chihuahuas counted as service dogs.

What type of response did you get from other patrons of the restaurant concerning your dog was with you outside?

If that is the case, they can go to restaurants that aren't dog friendly.
There are many places here that have dog friendly patios. You can bring your dogs if you eat on the patio and some places even have items on the menu you can order for your dog. (Doggie pancakes, etc).
