I'm having this shoulder pain again and it seems like the worst of the pain starts at the very top of my tricep and runs into the shoulder. I've also recently starting having some pain on the inside of my elbow which tends to make me think it's a tricep problem and not a shoulder problem. I have a $500 deductible. I'd appreciate a free diagnosis.
quote:I had this problem a few years ago and I just assumed it was from lifting. Now, it's come back but the pain is a little more pronounced so I can actually pinpoint where the majority of the pain is coming from. I had an MRI on my shoulder about 3 years ago and they told me nothing was wrong with my shoulder. Now, same pain, same spot, but it feels like it might be originating in the tricep. But, it's so close to my shoulder, it feels like it's a shoulder injury.
Sorry, I got nothing. Now if it were a leg injury, I could probably help, given the number of those I've had.
quote:Kind of. If I raise my arm straight up or to the side, no real pain. But, if I turn my hand, palm up, and try to raise the arm, it hurts.
Do you have full range of motion of your elbow and shoulder?
quote:Not really. It just started hurting. There wasn't any one incident I don't think. And yes, my shoulder does pop, but it's done that since highschool. I broke my collarbone twice playing football.
do you remember how you first injured it? does your shoulder "click" or "pop" any?
