We all know the government records email, search history, phone calls, texts, and has access to regular conversations through your cell phone microphone.

Do they record who sends and receives what mail? I'd assume so since they are all electronically sorted.

If you think the post office has that kind of abilities you might really be out of your mind

I mean, it can't be that hard to program a scanner to do that

Didn't an article come out in the last year that all mail is scanned?

They'll get some laughs out of my YouTube search history. That, and they'll be amazed at the amount of twerking videos I watch

Try this out:

USPS

You can get an email with scans showing you what letter sized mail you will be receiving that day.

I guessing the scans are kept for a little while.

Yes they do.

There was a show earlier this year, 'Hunted'. There were several intel agents, LEOs and other government officials brought in to try and find contestants.

Several methods were revealed in how the government gathers info/data on the US citizenship of America.

Every bit of snail-mail is scanned and stored in a data base somewhere.

Yes, the govt takes a pic of the outside of every piece of mail.

They know everything. You are being watched, listened to, or scanned in some way every waking moment of your day. Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't watching you.

On that note, I plan on going to Colorado, buying some weed legally, and then mailing a sizeable amount of said weed back to myself in North Carolina. What's the best way to go about hiding that?

I'm not paranoid. More like annoyed. They'd get a good laugh watching me go about my day
