Yes. Works with wifi and cell service pretty well.

Yes. I have it hooked up in the wife's car, I think it's $3.99 a month extra to have it on my phone.

Yes. I link up to my outdoor Bluetooth speaker while on the patio. I like the platform of the app. Listing all the songs playing at that time and starts them from beginning when you click on it
