Who wants to stand up for themselves when the government will do it for you

This isn't the 80's. Kids these days are sociopaths.

The bullying epidemic was made up and perpetuated by the media.

you get the likes of Obama and Michael Moore.

This is what happens when you let women dominate the education system.

I think its a fine line.
I was mercilessly teased and beaten up throughout junior high school. I was a year younger than all the other kids, and in no world would I have been considered normal. So they beat the shite out of me. It definitely fricked me up.
There was no standing up for myself, as I was smaller than the other kids by a good bit.
We need to stop other line bullying but let kids be kids. There is value in getting teased a little bit, but getting assaulted everyday b.c you are an easy target is just turrible.

No one ever took up for you? People just watched you get beat up daily?

I haven't been a kid in a while, is bullying a fundamentally worse problem now than it was in the 80's/90's? If it's not worse any worse now I say society needs to teach the weak to be stronger and not vice versa (aside from extreme cases, of course)

Please note that this anti-bullying campaign started when homos and other perverts started coming out of the closet. There was no great campaign to keep normal kids from getting beaten up.

pretty much. I got in a few fights, but I got my arse kicked in all of them.
Normally it would be 3 on 1, or 4 on 1. After school. Teachers intervened when they saw it but that usually made it worse the next time.
I really didn't get beat up daily, it was more like on a weekly occurrence. And I wouldn't get beat up, just pushed down maybe punched a few times.

You had no friends? We had a bully much older than us as kids, we got together one day and put an end to it. If you got beat up weekly it may have been a case of you asking for it and not being bullied. Have a hard time believing no one would help a smaller kid getting beat up for no reason.

I still think you're gay FWIW
ETA: I'm just e bullying. Don't mind me

Sure, but they were also beaten up. I would get defended occasionally but they can't always be there.
I went to absolutely brutal jr high for this type of stuff.

its not like I was coming home iwht black eyes, normally I would just get pushed around. or a random hit.
I didn't ask for it, but I was fricking weird. I didn't even fit in with the freaks. The comic book kids reluctantly accepted me to their crew.

just cause I am wearing woman's pants right now (i really am) doesn't mean I am gay. It just means I like woman's pants.

For the record I would have invited you to my birthday party
