I shoot mine in so I don't get them all over the street, so I can go over them again and further mulch, and so I don't sling shite at cars. But it seems like everyone that I drive by that's mowing is shooting that shite at my truck.

If you're mowing around beds,ac units, or places you don't want the clippings then you always mow in,anywhere else it doesn't matter. I can understand some discharge out if their mower has a small motor. As for bagging that's a waste of time, if you cut on a regular basis and use good mulching blades there is no need to bag.

mulching mower doesn't leave much...but I throw in on the first few rounds so that I can get around the edges closely and then reverse and throw out for the rest of the yard so the clippings are evenly dispersed...
