Mine does this at times also. I always tell her not to call me "sir" just to be respectful to her but in the back of my mind I'm thinking "keep that shite up , I like it".

Hell no I don't call him Daddy. (But I still refer to my father as Daddy. Always have and always will.)
I do call my husband PawPaw when the grandkids are here though, just as he refers to me as Nana when they are here.
