Do women with long hair have a responsibilty to pick up what they shed?

There is someone in my office, with long wirey black hair that seems to shed it all over and it's nasty. If a woman goes around hand combing their hair or whatever, I think they need to be aware of shedding and do this in the bathroom.
I guess if it's a marriage/relationship, I understand the shower drain cover getting tangled with long hair or other places at home.
So do tell OT - should the woman be more aware and pick up what shed or only hand comb their hair in the bathroom?

Everyone sheds hair. Women with long hair just shed longer hair, which is why is stands out more. I think long hair looks better than short hair on most women up until a certain age, so I'd rather not penalize them for keeping long hair

I can understand why it's annoying, but do you really expect someone to keep track of all the random hairs they shed?

If said woman is hot she can and should do whatever she wants with her hair. In fact, you should probably pick it up and save it in a creepy sort of way.

I'm amazed I have any hair on my head. I shed so freaking much throughout the day. I try to vacuum or sweep the bathroom every day to keep from annoying my BF.
I'm not really sure how to track random stray hair I shed at work. Sorry. I guess it's good my hair is a nondescript color & texture, so I'm never accused or called out.
