It's getting to be that time of year again. I've already had June bugs blasting the side of my house and I can't turn on the outside lights without every flying bug within a 10 mile radius flocking to my porch.

I've seen people talk about some kind of spray for the yard that's good for keeping bugs and insects away from the house. I tried searching for the thread but couldn't find it.

What are some good products for killing anything with more than 4 legs and/or wings? June bugs, termites, roaches, mosquitoes, etc... I wanna kill 'em all. Wouldn't mind killing some damn lizards while I'm at it.

I remember a thread a while back about some industrial pest control stuff that you could spray around the house. Some people were swearing by this stuff... just can't remember the name.

Just checked my Amazon account and I had something in my saved list called Suspend SC . I bet that was it.

The gnats are put of control on my neck of the woods. I loathe them.

In MS, if you want to keep flies out of the kitchen, you keep a bucket of shite in the living room. Hope this helps, Terd. My best to you and the family.

I sprayed Talstar around my house and backyard recently. Bugs, worms, and anything in the vicinity was coming out of the woodwork to die. My yard looked like a pest graveyard

It also helped with the mosquitoes. I was impressed

Funny, that same stuff has been in my "saved for later" list for some time now. I was wondering where in the hell it came from. I must have gotten it from the same thread

I don't have any bug problems.

Then again, I live on the 16th floor of a highrise in an urban center. I don't have a swamp in my backyard.

Admittedly I'd rather hear bullfrogs and cicadas at night instead of sirens, but not worrying about bugs is pretty nice.

Cedar Oil is good for a lot of things. If you can find it, Sevin (insecticide) has a broad control of insects as well.

Get suspend SC. I spray it about every six weeks and kills just about everything.

So the rats keep the bugs pretty well under control, huh?

Yeah I know I've had it saved for a long time... but I'm ready to bring the pain now.

So from here and some other stuff I've read online it seems like the best choices are:

Suspend SC
Talstar
Sevin

We have a pretty healthy population of bats that must live close by . They are all over our backyard at night. Between the bats and pulling up all the god forsaken aspidistra, bugs are almost non existent.
