i already tweeted about my gay friendly services

i also joked later about how a divorce between homosexuals is going to be AWKWARD in small, conservative courts

i may do a couple in Beauregard Parish for free just to see how the judges react

I posted on the poli board that I would pay good money to watch divorce proceedings between two gay guys. I bet that shite gets vicious.

Lesbians are way worse. They get extremely territorial and jealous. Have observed a few couples in action.

It was high time the state stopped infringing on my right to take money from homosexuals seeking divorce

I know a bunch of lesbians who married (as legal as they could do it) and separated several times within 5 years.

They will realize it isn't all it is cracked up to be now it is 100% legal and they can get raped in divorce court.

Statiscally, lesbian relationships are the most violent of all relationships. This has been the result of many studies.

Lesbians are twice as likely to end their partnership than gays.

It's funny that the marriage rate for straight couples are dipping to a new low year after year. Yet, these gays/lesbians groups are fighting for "equality". They will find out that marriage is not what it is cracked up be and how expensive it can get.

Like the OP said, the only winners are wedding planners, jewelers, divorce attorneys, mediators, custody evaluators, divorce support groups, appraisers, etc.. That's a lot of middlemen for something that is not highly sought after anymore.

well why didn't you just go out and let them know that marriage can be difficult? Surely they would have said frick it and went on loving their lives.

They'll be no different than heterosexuals. 50% we be solid, stable families that won't have to experience divorce. The others will be on divorce #4 and they will all be ferocious and cutthroat.

Yeah. Women are fricking nuts. Put two of them together...it's a bad storm brewing. Not all gay men are flamboyant and sissy. Lots of them are very smart and have their head on straight. They, as men, understand their needs and their partner's needs. They understand space. Women....they just can't grasp it.

Gats won't get divorced as frequently as heterosexual couples, because most gay marriages will be open.

I can't wait to see some of the community property issues that arise for couples who lived together with shared finances for long terms prior to getting married. Assets were legally separate property despite being community property in a practical sense. Should be some interesting claims about unwritten prenuptial arrangements. Will proof of contributing to mortgage payments be sufficient to make real property a community asset for spouses whose names are not on the title?

There's a lesbian joke that goes something like, "How do you know two lesbians are on their 2nd date? One shows up at the other one's pad with a U-Haul in tow."

Prenups have to be written, authentic act or AUPS.

there's an inception of title rule for asset classification so contributing to mortgage payments won't make a difference.
