"Dilemna" or "Dilemma"? Which is correct spelling?

If I had to guess, some people may have gotten the false spelling "dilemna" stuck in their heads when they were learning cursive, because the mm and the n are next to each other and very similar.

I can't recall how exactly I would spell it before this question was posed, but part of me definitely feels like at one time it could have been "dilemna."

It’s not just in English that the problem is known. In French it sometimes appears as dilemne instead of dilemme.

well in one columm we have people who spell the world "dilemna". and then we have people who spell the word correctly.
