Didn't REZNOR get busted about a year back tagging a StreetCar?

It seems like I've seen an uptick recently in his tags. Newest being at the top of the Circle Food Store.
Has to be a gang of these pos right? Or did he get out and go back to his old ways?

His tags aren't even cool. There are some graffiti people (Banksy obvi, but locals) that are really talented artists and I kind of like it
REZNOR is lame.
ETA:
This landscaping rock company near my house caught a HS kid tagging their warehouse exterior wall and thought he was talented and paid him to do the whole thing using their input on the design. Its super badass.
Always thought that was a cool gesture by the business owner.

I'm fairly certain the guy they busted wasn't really Reznor. I'm also fairly certain there are several people out there using the Reznor tag that aren't the original Reznor. Regardless, they all need to be rounded up and forced to clean up every spot of graffiti in the city. I wish for far worse punishment for these assholes, but it would be unconstitutional.

I always thought it might be fun to modify tags and graffiti so they look dorky or gay (gangs are not gay friendly). The irony of having a graffiti artist mad that someone vandalized their tags seems like great fun.
