You're the one saying that making repeated trips to the ATM to pull out money that you know isn't yours at an obscene rate over a 6 month period isn't theft, but I'm the simpleton?
Writing a sentence that says, "it isn't the bank's fault; it's theft" definitely makes you a simpleton.
You are clearly a Grade-A dumbass and so you likely don't even know what mutual exclusivity is, but what your moronic sentence does is it establishes bank fault and user theft as mutually exclusive possibilities. This is of course retarded, which is not surprising given that we have established that you are in fact retarded. To be clear, we're talking full retard here. Not just some Forrest Gump or Rain Man partial retardation. Naw man. Full retard.
The ATM user committed theft under the letter of the law, sure. But he did so only as a result of what is un-fricking-questionably the bank's fault. And the prosecutors thought so as well.
but prosecutors said his crime was a "lapse of judgment" and placed blame with Bank of America for allowing the withdrawals to take place.
So how about you eat a dick and then give some more thought to the origins of my moniker.
