Delay on I12 near Slidell?

We are driving back from Mississippi and google maps is showing a huge(over an hour) delay in the area. Anyone know if this is accurate or what is the cause?

There was a wreck on the bridge- a car had to be towed back from hanging out over the edge - it was teetering.
Small red rice burner looked like.
Eta: going te other way there was a major 18 wheeler/car accident and the 18 wheeler was getting pulled out of the woods, but this was around Walker exit

I'm just smazed that idiots can't drive in a straight line without hitting something. should be a minimum suspension of DL for one month for hsving accident on interstate
