You can buy a massive double wide with 4 bedrooms and a jacuzzi for what these people pay for 300 sqft sheds turned into houses.

I saw a show in this the other day on one of those HGTV-type channels. This older couple was trying to find a tiny house on a $100,000 budget. I couldn't believe people would pay that kind of money to live in a matchbox.

I grew up in a tiny house.

It's called being poor.

That would be 90% of the writers on these clickbait sites.

And that is one thing. But for what these hipsters are paying for a shipping container with wood floors, they could get an RV with more room and mobility. It is purely a political statement...which falls on deaf ears.

Did you have to go outside to fart? Where did you hide to flick the bean?

I 'd a lot. The only thing I don't agree with is her definition of McMansion.

The thing to take from these people is this: when they were on TLC or something, the girl was showing their original toilet, which was right by the sink or something, and they would just shite in front of each other, and it was a compost type of thing so there was no flushing--just a pile of shite composting. "You'd be surprised how much it doesn't stink!" she exclaimed.

These people actually think that their shite doesn't stink.

1. The author tried to hard
2. I love the idea of downsizing and trying to live more sustainably, but these tiny house ppl took the idea too far. America's lifestyle is just downright outrageous, but to cutting down to 250 sq feet for a couple is even more outrageous. I have a ~500 sq foot apartment and it is more than enough room for me, but I don't think I could stand it if I had to share with a female or living in a ~250 sq foot home by myself let alone with a female. My last gf had enough shoes to fill up one of those tiny homes (seriously women why do you need so many damn shoes).
3. I love the idea of turning old shipping containers into houses and apartments. I think it is a great way to build cheap. I just wish there was a way to make them look better.
