Dealing with an a-hole roommate

So I live in a house with several people and we all got along well but when school ended my one friend went back to his parents ranch for the summer and sold his lease to this a-hole he found off of Craigslist who keeps on drinking my beer, my liquor, my pop, my milk, my Gatorade and water bottles, he also eats all of my food as well. Now I've confronted the guy several (at least 4 or 5 tumes) times about this about this and he just seems to ignore me. He even goes into my bathroom and takes my toilet paper. He also walks around the apartment half naked all the time and rubs or scratches his crotch in front of my girlfriend. He has no manners at all and is an all around jerk.

today he really fricking pissed me off when I got back from work to find him and his annoying girlfriend out on the porch drinking the Miller Lite sixer I left in the fridge to drink after work today, so I blew up on him and told him if he does anything like this again I'm gonna punch him in the face, and then the a-hole blames it on me.

I went inti into this with an open mind because he's black and I've never lived around someone of another race before but holy crap, he's every negative stereotype rolled into one.

Has as anyone on here ever been in a sutuation like this before?
