I was on the west and thought it was pretty awesome. Acoustics were fine from our seats. Could definitely hear the tiger band as well. I did wonder if they had speakers pointing the other way. I guess I know now.

I think a lot of the student section didn't know who 3 Doors Down was.

Scary thought, isn't it?

Ask a random LSU student who the Spice Girls are, and I bet most of them couldn't give you a correct answer.

I think Les got to request the first song "It's not my time."

I was at that same concert. Was so wasted by the time Creed played I don't remember shite. But 3 doors down was jamming in the early set.

Same here, also I didn't even know the tiger band was playing. Couldn't hear them, I was wondering why they walked down to just stand there.

I really enjoyed it, but I'm not a hate on what's popular kinda person.

They haven't been popular since like 2002 so feel free to hate.

Man just think if it was.

They could have opened with "Graduate" then gone into "Semi-Charmed Life" and closed with "How's it Gonna Be"

Yeah

That was my first thought when they led off with that song.

I'm way into that Seven Mary 311-182 band. I got all their stuff on my phone.

Was ok from the SEZ, they had speakers pointed to the sides on the LSU sidelines. I remember reading the guitarist is a big LSU fan so I got no problem with them performing. It really was an amazing half time show if you compare it to the Lions vs Eagles halftime

Damn, you think? I'm only 25 and know all of their songs.

I was hoping they'd play Here Without You, but that's probably a bit somber for a halftime performance

I heard everything fine in South Endzone though.

I'm a big fan of them.

Spring 2000 in Dallas:
Driving south on 75 on way to a rugby match, teammate in the car. Kryptonite comes on radio and we're both yellin "thats ma jam!"

15 fricking years ago? Jeez I'm feeling old this week turning 40 and all. FML. Nahhh!

We were in the NEZ and could hear them fine. Couldn't hear TGBFTL at all though, had no idea they were even playing at that time. I was asking why they were just standing there.

I'm not a fan and didn't really care for it, but I'll take that over letting the Aggot band play just for the sake of pissing them off.

South endzone and it sucked.

Would have sucked for me anywhere in the stadium.

Y'all should start a support group to help all of those with a similar history of trauma.
