its at 100%. its only allowed to carry 68% full.

they say it needs $400 MILLION in retro-fitting-repairs.

To paraphrase a lot of the people in that area of the state (SoCal): Not my Dam!!! So don't mind us over here in flyover country ignoring you for a change.

Sensationalist title. The drainage area is where the issue is, I.E. further down from the actual dam. Sure some of the area around the spillway may be damaged, and it may increase issues downstream with debris, but there is no real issue with the dam itself
