Does anyone on here cut their own hair? I'm contemplating it. I get it buzzed, usually number 2. I figure no sense in paying a guy 15 bucks to do it and if I get the clippers with the guards, there's virtually no chance of messing it up

I buzz mine with a number one during the summer but usually pay for a haircut during winter months.

I use a trimmer with no guard. I'm not paying someone to do something I can do for free.

If you want it to look good, get a professional. Here's some examples of top tier haircuts:

I'm bald on top and I've been shaving it down to skin head and face. Costs me about $17.00/month for good blades.

I've never tried "Harry's" but the commercials have me thinking about ordering some.

Almost cut my hair
Happened just the other day
It's gettin' kind of long
I could've said it was in my way

But I didn't and I wonder why
I feel like letting my freak flag fly

I purchased this Wahl trimmer from Amazon about 3 years ago for $20 and it's still going strong. Great reviews and great quality for the price. It costs the same as around 1 haircut.

yea I cut my own hair, have been for about 6 years now. That's over 1k I've saved on haircuts. 5 on the sides and back, 6 where it meets, 7 on top. Pretty hard to frick that up

I've cut my own for over 20 years now. Although the wife has done it a couple times. You guys only paying $15 for a cut, is that with tip? I'm guessing not.

That's what I have. Have been using it for around 4 years now.
