Cut Tree Branch, Water Won't Stop Coming Out

Cut a tree branch today. I think it may be a birch tree. Water has been continuously dripping at a steady rate for 10 hours now. This is water, not sap of any kind. WTF is going on?

How do you know for sure it's water? Did you taste it?

I have seen that one time when I was younger. It looked like someone turned a faucet on. Pretty cool.

Maybe it's a miracle. Try drinking the water and see if you turn young again.

It looks like water and feels like water. I'm not tasting it. I just want it to stop. It's freaking me out.

Was it a tree branch or a vine? Vines will often do this.

that 'water' is worth $10,000 a gallon raw. Purify it to standards, and it's $30,000 a gallon. Go put a drum under the stream. Pay off your debts.

Birch sap stems are recommended in early spring, especially during the months of March through April. After extracting it, it is kept in the refrigerator, not in a freezer, and daily a quantity of 200-400 ml is consumed, in three portions. This has energetic, nutritive, mineralizing, tonifying, depurative properties. Because of its taste, it is also recommended in small doses for children suffering from intense weakness.

from that link someone posted

Tree branch about 6" in diameter. Dripping at a rate of about 2 drops per sec and not showing any signs of slowing down. There is a huge puddle beneath it.

Yes. How long will it continue doing this?
