Went to the couples in ocho rios. The one with the naked island. Loved it. Awesome food, drinks, service, and tours. The only thing that sucked was the diving, but people dont usually go on dive vacations there.

Resorts are gross & the food always sucks. Unless you are doing a "luxury resort" in the states. Everything in the Carribean...yuck.

The wife and I had a great time at Couple San Souci in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The food, alcohol, and staff were great. Will go back.

Wife and I did Couples Swept Away for our honeymoon in 2010. No complaints and would go back in a heartbeat.

Couples Negril for honeymoon in 2003. It was awesome. I can say that after staying at shitty and excellent resorts.
It had a nude beach area but just an old hippy couple went. I got ZERO swinger vibe from it. Now Hedonism would be different. Food, room, service, and free excursions were all great. One of the only 7 day trips I have taken where after 7 stays I wished I had another week.
