Depends entirely on her likes and dislikes, but some of my favorites include Italy, Argentina, Chile. If you can handle the distances, South Africa, Japan, Australia.

I checked with Canada. They said they will take her for a few weeks but will probably end up re-gifting her to Mexico once they tire of her.
