This guy is a real social loser anyway if at 34, loaded with wealth, and he's picking up college chicks.

This story is super fricked up, but I doubt there's anything going on that's on the level of Baylor

but I don't see the comparison of Bama to Baylor. Bunn is neither a student nor an athlete at the University.
I agree there's no comparison of this to the Baylor situation, but I believe you could draw parallels given the facts that the girl was turned away by UA counselors who told her that they were friends with the Bunn family. She wasn't just ignored by UA when she sought help, but basically told by UA to move on with her life and not push the issue.

But you got to think the Tuscaloosa cops were probably saying hey this is the guy that paid for Saban's house.

No, the counselor was required to recuse herself from treatment because of the conflict. Not to do so would be a pretty serious ethical breach.

One counselor recused and she was immediately introduced to another who was more able to suit her needs per UA.

I keep seeing this term "The Machine" being used to describe something in Tuscaloosa, on other websites, in reference to this story. Any idea what they are talking about?
Posted on 6/28/17 at 7:38 am to Placebeaux
Probably the culture of coverup, rape, and racism that is so strong in TTown

No involvement with bama ad or dept or players.
Hes just another member of a rich family that donates to bama.

1) There is a real question about the role and responsibility of a public university in getting involved with what is essentially a private matter that occurred off campus, even if the alleged victim is a student.
2) This doesn't make UA or Tuscaloosa look good in any way. They are probably going to end up cutting ties with the Bunns and implementing some new measures. This could easily reach the level of the state legislature because the government and university are pretty closely tied (see: Robert Bentley).

He's in an exclusive club at Bama called “President’s Cabinet”. They also claim to have built the crimson tide practice facility and Saban's house. Not your average donor.
