Cops flying through campus near Indian mounds

Anyone know what the frick that was about? Pretty ridiculous. 5 or so all black vehicles hauling arse by the Indian mounds about 3 hours before game time. I was on my bike and almost got smoked by one.

What would the reprucussions be if they were to hurt/kill someone?

there was a fight or something and they had a girl getting carted off on a stretcher.... dunno know details, i was pretty drunk around that time....
