You see, I don't give a shite about any of this. Cops are fricking trained to not be run on pure adrenaline. That is my biggest issue with them.

They don't slow themselves down and think. They just run around like an LSU player without their helmet on, when they need to just settle down for a second and bow out of the play.

We all know that we need video evidence for charges to stick.

You haven't reserved judgement at all dumbass, you've indicted her multiple times in this thread.

i've said i have doubts a cop would randomly yank a woman from a vehicle for a seatbelt violation and pummel her on the ground repeatedly.

dumbass.

She called in a complaint about him and he followed her and pulled her over for a seatbelt violation (which she denies) and then tried to arrest her for resisting when she argued with him.

That's the story anyhow.

Do you people seriously think this much force was necessary? I mean, wtf. Cops have no fricking common sense. Even if she deserved to be arrested, this much force is just ridiculous.

"Its a middle aged, chubby, white chick with her kids in the car. Lets punch her in the face bro!"

She would be charged with FELONY ASSAULT had this video not been taken and that is a life ruiner. Instead, everything was dropped and her attorney claims there are clear lies in the police report that the video disproves. We'll see when the trial happens what the specifics are.

I think these body cameras will help a lot. Creates some accountability.

No one is saying "randomly". We all suppose she was talking shite. Problem is, you seem to think this should give a cop the right to apprehend you. I don't. I should be able to call a cop a pig motherfricker to his face as long as I answer his questions, and do what he says (ie, hand over my license and reg, answer "yes" when he asks if I understand, etc)

We all know, if I got pulled over and said, "here's my license you pig a-hole" it would not end well for me, but that's a problem.

at one point do you decide that pushing a cop's buttons is a wortwhile use of your time while driving around with your kids?

she sounds like a nosy bitch who got what she wanted...ATTENTION

and this loudmouth bitch telling him "i'm telling your supervisor on you!" while waggling a phone and sticking her nose into business that didn't concern her did not end well for her, either.

She was at a neighborhood party, not trying to interfere with their business with her damn kids in the car.

I agree its stupid to antagonize cops. Hell, she might have even deserved to be arrested. That amount of force is just ridiculous though in this situation. Why can't they use their fricking brains?

To add though, we should be allowed to question cops and complain when they're unprofessional when they indeed are. We can't and I won't because I don't to be the target of their stupidity, but that's fricked up I have to think like that.

90% of them have power issues and the intelligence of my golden retriever.

What would be the charge?

I know some towns in the bible belt have language ordinances and shite, but I mean in a normal place what would the charge be?

Edit: Maybe I don't call him a pig mf'er, but instead say "thanks for ruining my day a-hole"

What then?

And yet in no way justifies being punched in the face and charged with felony assault.
