Cool idea? (Impossible to implement though)

Have you ever wanted to message another car on the road?
"Hey, thanks for letting me merge!
"
"Hey, your right taillight is out, just a heads up"
"Hey, you're stupid hot, are you available for a quick frick at the next exit?"
Make it a universal proximity based on VIN, so you could see a list of cars around you...
I.e. "Nissan Maxima - Grey (SB I-55, LA MM35)"
Or maybe a license plate based username? (I.e. "LA ABC-###")
Thoughts?

People are typically calm and reasonable while driving. I'm sure it would result in the exchange of lots of healthy, non racist ideas.

There was a woman next to me on the road this morning and I thought about telling her the light in her backseat (she was in a van) was on. She'll probably leave work and find her battery dead. I thought something along those lines today.

I had an invention idea years ago for a bumper sticker with LED message capability that goes on the inside of the glass.
Comes with an app so you can enter whatever you want and it scrolls on the back glass.
ETA:
Would be thin and not a big box. They can make these things almost flat now. And it would hook into the car's power and have bluetooth to your phone's app.
