Conspiracy theorists unite: Did Harvey mess up to make Trump look racist?

Harvey announced Miss Colombia and then came back on stage to reveal that he in fact fricked up and Miss Philippines was the actual winner.
The media has successfully portrayed Trump to be a racist, especially toward Latin people who immigrate to the United States.
How convenient that a black man who more than likely has a liberal mindset would announce a Latin American winner on a Trump show only to take that crown away from her.
