Vaping is just as aggravating as getting cigarette or cigar smoke blown in your face. They're all "flavored" or "scented" or whatever the frick they call it. It's ridiculous.

The smell is way, way milder than cigarette smoke. It dissipates quickly unlike cigarette smoke and does not linger in a room or on clothing like cigarette smoke.
