Concealed Carry Dressing/Clothing

If you currently conceal carry, what is your method of conceal carry and what is your typical clothing.
Inside Waistband (IWB) and shirt out is what I believe will be what I wear most of the time. I know there are tuckable holsters, but not sure if they really work well and are they comfortable. Don't think I really want to pocket carry.

Currently, single stack 9mm IWB with a cheap Uncle Mike's holster, shirt untucked.
32" waist - I'm thinking of going OWB with shirt untucked because I want to carry my full size 9mm and don't want to have to buy all my pants a size larger.
I can't ever get those to work correctly. My arse looks deformed when wearing one of those.
I can't get my gun out of my pocket fast enough to consider those.

I like my ankle holster for the most part and use that most of the time.
