Going to Denver for a week and want to know whats worth checking out. Only thing planned so far is a lodge in Breckenridge for the weekend.
Any good bars, clubs, restaurants, etc?

Just go downtown, walk around, and hit up a bunch of breweries and get drunk.
See if the bull testicle beer is in season at wynkoop.

Go see an AVS game. Check out all the breweries and of course get high as hell.

Dear Denver is a blog devoted to the mile high.
Although it is a city that doesn’t like to boast about its radness, Denver is a place that encapsulates a growing arts, music, comedy, dining, and drinking scene. If you don’t know, it’s a lot more than the Broncos, green chili, and the bubonic chronic.
This blog presents accessible city itineraries (posed as letters to the city) to hopefully satisfy the varied interests of both visitors and current city dwellers. Dear Denver also hosts a myriad of local lists, written by local residents/quasi-celebs, on what they enjoy most about living 5,280 feet above sea level.
Pro tips, extras, and unique cultural events are highlighted as well, encouraging readers to expose themselves to something new and to live large in this fine city.

Thanks, I plan on doing something every second we get the chance. I'd like to see pot shops, but I don't plan on making it the main focus of the trip. BTW, is it legal for out of state resident to buy?

I was thinking a trip to red rock if there is concert.
Depending where you're from, you may notice your breathing to be slightly burdened.

Purchase those services where they pick you up with pot already purchased and you can smoke while they take you everywhere you want to go.

I went to my first hockey and Avalanche game last week against Chicago. Had no idea what the hell was happening, but it was fun.

Yep...my first and only NHL game was in Denver. Ready to go again, it was a blast. The light rail makes going to games in Denver so easy. Me and the old man pay 10 bucks round trip and don't deal with any traffic and are home in 25 minutes after the games are over.

I don't like smoking, I'm trying to protect my lungs. I'll try some candy if they have any.
Always wanted to go to a concert at the red rocks, but I don't think anyone is playing while I'm there.

I saw a special on it on 20-20.

Also, I've read Coloradans are some of the most sexually satisfied citizens in the States.

Then get ready to get your mind blown. Edibles are the big thing now. Be careful, start slowly and wait..
