Oh I am. Unfortunately at my shop that arrest would NEVER happen. Even had a girl lie about a person (not a cop) forcibly raping her. I was not allowed to arrest her even though she confessed to making the whole story up AFTER I had irrefutable evidence she was FOS. The official line is that it would deter victims from reporting real wrong doing.
