Really, other than the cost and the code of conduct expectations there aren't any downsides.

My daughter is there in grad school, 3 years so far. She's teaching freshman classes. She gives glowing reports. Students are generally serious about grades.
Waco is a dump, but Baylor makes up for it. And Austin and Dallas are close enough
