They know the officers aren't getting prosecuted for murder. Trying to put something on them.

What about the 6 year old kid summarily murdered in Alexandria by two black cops trying to hunt down and execute his Dad for personal reasons? Did anyone open a civil rights case for that innocent little guy?

Of course they are. Just key on the most important word "INVESTIGATION" and not "prosecution". NBD. They can investigate all they want if it calms the rowdy masses. Because there is no way they are going to get any level of proof that these officers violated Civil Rights in this case.
