I feel like there is an opportunity to open a public relations firm, that comes in convinces the client to do nothing so whatever their issue is goes away.

Because a tranq takes time to take effect, and the gorilla was already starting to do butt stuff with the kid.
Nobody wants to watch a silver back anal rape a 3 year old in broad day light. Shooting him was a good call.
