I love me some Montgomery Inn ribs. The main one is in the suburbs, but I think they have one downtown. Oh yeah, I like the chili, but many people think it's gross. Skyline is everywhere. I think they have a few others, like Gold Star.

Skyline chili is gross if you're sober.

Lived on the KY side of the river for a year. Covington on the KY side has a bunch of good bars and is close to Newport on the Levee. Pretty cool area.

I lived in Cincinnati for 5 years.

What's your age and what are you into?

Holy Grail and Tin Roof are some nice bars right by the stadium where you could have drinks before/after the game.

As far as restaurants- Montgomery Inn. Make sure you go to the Boathouse one though. It's right on the river and great food.

I'm also a big fan of Eli's. It's a well known barbecue joint in the area. Great food. They have a bunch of picnic tables and you just order food, seat yourself, bring your own drinks.

If you're looking for some great night life, Mt. Adams is a really cool spot with lots of bars and a great view of the city.

Make sure to buy a "Covington, put you shirt on." t-shirt. You'll get the joke if you drive through there.

+1. You should definitely check out Eli's if you like barbecue food.

I always like to go to the Hofbrauhaus beer gardens over in Newport, KY prior to going to a Reds game. It's a German-style beer garden. You just have to walk across the purple people eater bridge that goes over the Ohio River. Good beer and food there. Also, get some Graeter's chocolate chip ice cream while you are there. It doesn't get any better than that. And Skyline chili is probably the most overrated food I think I've ever eaten in my life. It's pretty terrible.
