Obesity and a serious mental illness are dangerous things, even if you don't have the money to indulge them.

I mean, she was never going to be a gorgeous woman, but she had a chance to live as normal a life as possible for a lesbian:





As a transgender, she's just a freak show. And I have sympathy for her - they should have treated her mental illnesses rather than indulged and medically endorsed this bizarre cutting compulsion arising out of gender identity disorder.

Don't like to see the media coverage of this as most people will never find it "normal."

I've never had feelings of gender uncertainty. You get one shot at life on this earth and how awful it must be to have to spend your life fighting the uncertainty, confidence drain, identity crisis, etc. associated with worrying about or searching for your "true" identity. Whether you view it as driven by mental illness or simply part of these folks genetic makeup (or confusion) it would be a tough way to have to go through life.
