ive been trying to call em but line is busy. I hate that I'm so dependent on Internet to be happy. Kinda sad. I just want the shite to work. I am being charged out the a$$ for it.

Charter's DNS servers are down, if you change your DNS servers to google's it will start working again

That happened a year and a half ago, and I switched to google dns servers. I didn't skip a beat today.

My parents internet is still working because I changed the DNS server on theirs a few years ago
